Gorgeous little Dalmatian Tutu Dress.  Here I have created a tutu dress which was inspired by the great Movie 101 Dalmatians. The dress has a stretchy bodice and will stretch according to child's body. Layers and layers of white tulle has been used to create the tutu and black Dalmatian spots have been added. Red satin ribbons has been used for the straps which are fully adjustable or can be removed for a strapless look.
