- Where are you based?

We are based in Surrey, UK.

- How quick do you reply to emails?

We will try our best to reply within 24hrs but due to Covid19 and skeleton staff, we may take longer. 

- How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost in the UK is a Standard cost of £5.50 and Worldwide cost is £19.50. 

- Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes we do! All dresses are shipped using a tracked service.

- If I purchase today, when will my item be shipped out?

We will aim to send all orders out within 4-5 days. When a certain dress is not in stock, we will take longer to dispatch the order. Please contact us for availability. 

- How long to receive my item in the UK?

Items that are in stock, please allow 4-5 working days for delivery, however most of our skirts and dresses will need a processing time of 2-3 weeks as they are made to order. If you need your order in a rush, please contact us for availability.

- How long to receive item Worldwide?

EU - Estimate of 3-4 Days

USA - Estimate of 9 days

Canada - Estimate of 2 weeks 

Australia - Estimate of 15 Days

- Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?

Yes you can return if there is something wrong with the dress and it is our fault. 

Please make sure you return it in the original condition you received it in and dress must not be worn.

Custom orders are non refundable as they are made especially for you.

Dresses that are in the process of being made cannot be refunded or the order cancelled. Once a return has been agreed, the buyer will cover the shipping costs.

- I would like a dress with a character that you do not sell, can you custom make one?

Yes we do! Please email us and we will be happy to create something special, unique and that suits your needs.

- I would like to purchase dresses at wholesale prices, do you offer any discounts?
