This is the cruelest, perfect witch tutu dress. Here I have created a witch tutu dress which comes with the witch hat. (Witch hat may sometimes differ from above as will run out of stock).

The bodice is made with a fully lined purple crochet tutu top, where I have added layers and layers of of black and purple and green tulle . To complete the Witches look, I am also including the witches hat.
